1.Search on Google with keyword “e coli mg1655 genomesGroup”

2.Click the link showed on the top.

3.Click the link on new page called Escherichia coli str. K-12 substr. MG1655

4.Click the “Genome|1” showed on the right of the page.

5.Find “Download genome annotation in GFF, GenBank or [tabular](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/browse/#!/proteins/167/161521|Escherichia coli str. K-12 substr. MG1655/) format”, and choose “tabular format”.

6.Find “Download” button, download .csv format file.
